Our Academic & Vocational Courses

At Desborough College, we believe that an ambitious, engaging and well-rounded curriculum provides the foundations for every young person to fulfil their potential. Our academic curriculum is designed to inspire curiosity, develop knowledge and understanding, and equip students with the skills, confidence and resilience they need to succeed both within and beyond the classroom. At Key Stage 3, students follow the National Curriculum, benefiting from a broad and balanced programme of study across a wide range of subjects.

As students progress through the College, they are increasingly able to shape their own educational journey. At Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, students can choose from a range of academic and vocational courses, allowing them to pursue their interests, strengths and future aspirations. Click on the links to explore our curriculum in greater detail, with information about the subjects and courses available at each key stage and the opportunities they provide for students to dream, endeavour and achieve.

Our curriculum is reviewed annually so please do revisit these sections towards the end of the Summer Term or during options cycles to find the latest information about our courses.
