"The genius behind Desborough is its ability to prepare and develop you for the modern world you will need to take charge, when you leave here in year 13. Being able to take advantage of the facilities that are offered here is pivotal for your nurture and transition into higher education. The specifics may change here at Desborough sixth form but the high standards and the values that envelope the student body is passed down every year ready for the next set of future leaders." |

Sixth Form Welcome
From day one our students are supported to become independent learners and thinkers, and to develop their talents and abilities outside of the classroom.
When exploring career options, our only requirement is that students explore widely and fearlessly, and maximise their potential. |
One cornerstone of our success is our strong examination outcomes on both academic and vocational courses, which has seen our A-Level and BTEC students achieve year on year improvements in all government performance measures. I’m immensely proud of our students, in what they achieve in their time with us, and continue to achieve once they’ve left us.
|
Outside of the classroom, our students enjoy a diverse enrichment programme, and are encouraged to become leaders, coaches, mentors, performers and athletes throughout our school community. Our students are expertly supported and guided as they consider their future pathways, with a robust process in place to ensure that all options are explored and are accessible to all students.
I’m confident that our ever-improving learning environment and resources, as well as a dedicated team of teachers, tutors, and support staff, makes Desborough College the ideal environment for our students to accomplish their goals.
