Uniform
SCHOOL UNIFORM POLICY School uniform is worn throughout the school, but in the Sixth Form there are clearly defined alternatives to the blazer and black trousers. Our school uniform comprises:-
There is very little that is specific to the school; we do not think it reasonable to specify exclusive and therefore expensive styles when parents already have so many other calls on their money. It is possible to purchase most of the items listed above from multiple stores seeking out bargains where they can be found, but most of our uniform can be purchased from Goyals in Maidenhead. In return, we ask parents to support us – and each other – in maintaining the high standards for which the school has justly been known by ensuring that articles of clothing do indeed conform to the specifications above. This is especially important with blazer, tie, trousers and shoes. Uniform will also be available to purchase at the `New Parents’ Evening held in early July for those coming the following September. PE and Games Equipment At the start of term your son will need to have (in addition to football or rugby boots and trainers):- For House Kit: White poly/cotton shorts with elastic waist. PE Polo Shirt in House colour. White socks, track suit (available from Goyals), sports trainers. For Games: One purple and gold jersey. Black shorts. Socks in school colours (purple and gold). Mouth guard (Moulded). Football or Rugby Boots (Metal Studs) PLEASE NAME ALL CLOTHING WITH AN INDELIBLE MARKER OR NAME LABEL Uniform Supplier
